台灣因少子化的衝擊,學界面臨危機、重新思考跨領域資源整合的耕創未來機運,東方設計大學在困難之際,米堤李麗裕總經理不捨以設計聞名的學校將失去過往風采,在企業社會責任使命之下,決心出資協助,並與校內教師、行政團隊合作,引進各界資源,重新改造學校、讓東方再起。

李麗裕總經理致詞時,細數與東方的故事,改革之路是辛苦的,但看到新的團隊不斷地在努力,相信東方一定不同。期許在全校師生群策群力、齊心ㄧ致團结努力下,東方能重新站穩腳步,為國家社會培育更多的優秀人才。

李麗裕將以百年樹人之志業,凝聚李麗裕人脈豐沛,特邀請豪門國際開發股份有限公司董事長簡廷在、曾經参與設計打造多座迪士尼主題樂園的豪門文化科技創意公司董事長簡廷在說,希望東方能著重創新文化科技創新領域,共創新IP文化這樣才能吸引世界民眾的目光以及引領國際舞台,他經營的理念是「要五毛、給一塊」,就是不計成本,把事情做到做好,做到極致,也因此屢次得到海外市場的青睞。讓國際看到台灣的文化創意設計實力,他希望該校高層關注創意、公益與生意(經營)創造永續經濟價值鏈,有如樹枝葉被砍斷,根更需要往下札根,才能再次發展,創新未来!

劉永堂校長致詞時也提出少子化的問題與因應之道,對於具有歷史的東方,能在專門協助企業重整的李總協助下,創造差異、贏回社區信任,定能找回屬於東方的文化。也特別回應李總所提到的群性概念,營造好的校園環境,讓學生們能在其中安心學習,不僅發揮個人創意,也能團隊合作,李總以企業資源投入學校轉型,不僅節省了政府支出,也安定了教職員的生活,實質是公益的表現。

未來將引進國際知名雕塑藝術家王文志、豪門文化科技創意公司」簡廷在董事長等業師資源進入東方,讓學術與企業結合,落實學用合一。

豪門公司攜手氫淼 切入生態環保觀光旅遊產業

近幾年在國際上發光發亮的豪門文化科技創意公司,隨著迪士尼樂園光環打響名號,更透過新材料結合文化、科技與創意征戰於世界各地知名大型主題樂園,而一手打造豪門公司輝煌績效的董事長簡廷在卻也感慨為何台灣沒有一座足以享譽國際的主題樂園呢?為此決定回台投資並由幕後配合製作走向幕前直接投入經營管理,初期選定氫淼公司雙燃料純電動遊艇搶進水上觀光旅遊共同打造結合生態環保與主題樂園的觀光旅遊產業。

長年幾乎都在外打拚的簡廷在,走的是國際路線,所參與的主題樂園都是國際上超吸睛的大型主題樂園,今年因疫情的關係一直留在國內,也讓簡廷在有感而發人類因過度經濟發展而引起生態反撲之外,更思考著台灣為何沒有足以吸引國際觀光客的大型主題樂園?因此萌生回台投入集環保、生態、藝術、文化、科技與創意並進的國際級主題樂園,甚至也有著初步規劃雛型以宇宙之旅、星際驛站等主題在台灣打造一個星際主題樂園,並透過虛擬的場景呈現出無重力、飛翔、原生物等星際創意設計,再搭配世界各國探索星際的器具進駐等,透過國際級主題樂園提升台灣觀光事業及永續吸引國際觀光客,而這樣的規劃還是要有政府的認同及參與才能真正付諸(如上海迪士尼政府占51%、迪士尼占49%)。

為此該公司已著手先行在台南安平規畫一間造型亮眼民宿,由小規模投入營運管理等以累積相關參數與經驗,另外也因看好國內湖泊水庫的水上休閒觀光產業,接觸到氫淼公司的雙燃料純電動遊艇而一拍即合,因為純電動對生態影響降到最低,也不會汙染水源,對於豪門公司考量的生態保護與生態創意更是有營運上的加值作用,因此將投放在試水溫的水上休閒觀光旅遊經營的整體規劃中。

對此氫淼科技董事長黃文啓博士表示,與簡廷在 董事長聊過後有相當大的感觸,過去國內皆以小品旅遊為主,並未有大格局且足以吸引國際觀光客的主題樂園,簡董事長不僅有國際觀又具有生態旅遊概念,如若其投入國內觀光旅遊市場再融入在地文化、創意與科技的元素,將會是未來國內休閒觀光主流,氫淼科技的雙燃料純電動遊艇採鋰電池為主要供應燃料,當鋰電池沒電即透過天然氣轉換充電,可維持遊艇長續航力、無噪音行駛,可挹注水上休閒旅遊觀光更寬廣商機。
