拜會總統獲回應，投資台南「未來城」獲經部回應
澳門台協會長簡廷在提出，計畫號召數位台商鮭魚返鄉，在台南投資創設「ESG淨零碳排未來城e化生活園區」，盼活化當地經濟。該提案於近日收到經濟部回函，表示投資台灣事務所已完成拜會和了解相關規劃，可協助申辦中小企業加速行動投資方案等

亞洲台灣商會聯合總會上月拜會總統蔡英文，澳門台協會長簡廷在提出，計畫號召數位台商鮭魚返鄉，在台南投資創設「ESG淨零碳排未來城e化生活園區」，盼活化當地經濟。該提案於近日收到經濟部回函，表示投資台灣事務所已完成拜會和了解相關規劃，可協助申辦中小企業加速行動投資方案等。

響應政府號召台商回流，「亞洲台灣商會聯合總會第29屆回國訪問團」上月獲蔡英文接見。蔡英文表示，投資台灣三大方案將延長到2024年，歡迎台商朋友返台投資，一起壯大台灣的經濟發展。

簡廷在是豪門國際開發公司董事長，曾參與上海迪士尼等指標項目的設計承建。他表示，台灣過去以製造業為主，位居亞洲四小龍之首，如今面臨2050淨零碳排的全球趨勢，台灣企業需多元發展數位經濟、創意文化科技等，實現無煙囪產業。

因此，簡廷在推動召集數家台商，加入成立環球國際文創產業股份有限公司，盼以跨產業資源，投資創新台灣ESG的「未來城」e化創新生活園區，預計導入綠電自給自足與供生、水處理零排循環系統，雨水淨化綠能儲存、空氣流通淨零碳排等，塑造涵蓋創新、文化、科技、觀光產業等多元面貌的園區，預計投資30億元。

對於台商建言，要回台投資，創設「ESG淨零碳排未來城e化生活園區」，並請政府將此列為重要的優先建設項目。經濟部於近日正式回函支持，並提到土地的預計公告招標進度，以及可協助辦理申請中小企業加速行動投資方案等具體內容。
